Services. Arizona Housekeeping Service provides Home Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Apartment Maintenance, After Construction Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Arizona Housekeeping Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Arizona Housekeeping Service may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AZ.
